The parties agree to hold the confidential information and the same are followed with strict confidence. The parties do not agree to make each other's information available in any form to the third party. The parties strictly adhere to the agreement and do not intend to use the confidential information for any purpose that is not mentioned in the agreement. The confidential or proprietary information of each party shall remain the sole as well as the exclusive property of that particular party.

The personal information of the user will be in a secured cage and the same will not be circulated or published in any form that may be in a softcopy or a hard copy to anyone unless there is a written consent for the same. The personal information of the user as well as the data is safe and secured in our servers and the direct or indirect access to that is restricted to prevent the loss, misuse, or alteration in any condition.
